Game Changers = Sim Owners
Game Masters = Admins
Dream Weavers = Leads (Storytellers / Shop Owners)
Dreamers = Builders

In Astrium, leads are basically storytellers or shop owners. They may run events without staff needing to be present, and they may give XP, but they cannot make any serious decisions about the sim or ban people or discipline, etc.

All staff are expected to not only follow sim rules, but to follow staff conduct as well.

How We Show Appreciation

To retain their role Dream Weavers, Game Masters & Changers must host at least two events per month. There are special exemptions to this rule. An example of an exemption is real life issues, illness, or doing background work such as advertising for the sim.

  • Game Masters & Game Changers may receive free homes.
  • Dreamers & Dream Weavers receive 25 free land impact to do with for as long as they remain in their role. See Rentals for more information.
  • Dreamers, Dream Weavers, Game Masters & Changers may receive a special monthly gift card. Players may also earn this card in various other ways such as winning contests or working as a teacher at the Arcana Academy. These cards are specialized so that staff may identify them and players are unable to replicate them.
  • Dreamers, Dream Weavers, Game Masters & Changers will also
    recieve the sim exclusive plushies that are normally only sold at shopping events or won in special sim contests.

Staff Hiring Policy:

  • Potential hires must have been on sim as an active member for at least two months.
  • Potential hires must be a semi-active RPer.
  • Potential hires must show initiative in hosting events and spurring RP.
  • Must be in good standing in the sim community.
  • Must be friendly and welcoming to newcomers!
  • An application may be rejected for any reason. We may choose to not explain the rejection for a variety of reasons but we will do our best to be transparent.
