PEACE TREATY

BETWEEN THE KINGDOM OF MIYCESTER AND THE CAILEAN KINGDOM

PREAMBLE

The Kingdom of Miycester and the Cailean Kingdom hereby enter into this Treaty to formalize an end to the recent conflict between them and to establish a framework for future cooperation.

All following articles shall enter into effect immediately following its signing by both the Kingdom of Miycester and the Cailean Kingdom.

ARTICLE 1 – TERRITORIES

  1. The following territories shall become part of the Kingdom of Miycester: 

a.1) Lilmnor County 

a.2) Ditch Valley

  1. The Kingdom of Miycester shall withdraw all military personnel and equipment from the following territories: 

           b.1) Enderson Fief

ARTICLE 2 – COMPENSATION 

  1. All households leaving the merged territories for two (2) months following the signing of this Treaty shall be provided with a lump sum of one thousand (1,000) Novem by the Kingdom of Miycester. 
  2. The Kingdom of Miycester shall provide a tax exemption of two (2) years for all households wishing to remain within the merged territories. 

ARTICLE 3 – FUTURE DIPLOMATIC RELATIONSHIPS

  1. The Kingdom of Miycester and the Cailean Kingdom agree that all future disagreements shall be settled solely through diplomatic means. 
  2. The Kingdom of Miycester and the Cailean Kingdom agree to the appointment of an Ambassador from each Kingdom, with the following stipulations:  

b.1) Permanent residence in their assigned Kingdom. 

b.2) Non-expulsion agreement. 

  1. The Kingdom of Miycester and the Cailean Kingdom agree to the establishment of a demilitarized zone. 

c.1) The demilitarized zone spans from the borders of the Mendalt Fiefdom to the borders of the Enderson Fiefdom. 

c.2) The demilitarized zone shall not include villages, cities, or other kind of organized living communities. 

  1. The Kingdom of Miycester shall instate new laws on the capturing of Cailean citizens on Cailean territories, for the express purpose of slavery. 

ARTICLE 4 – TRADE

  1. The Kingdom of Miycester and the Cailean Kingdom shall henceforth engage in mutually beneficial trade agreements. 
  2. The Kingdom of Miycester shall grant the Cailean Kingdom a ten-year reduction in import tariffs. 
  3. The Kingdom of Miycester shall send an Envoy within two (2) months from the signing of the current Treaty to establish precise details. 

ARTICLE 5 – MILITARY OPERATIONS

  1. The Kingdom of Miycester shall not engage in military operations on the borders it shares with the Cailean Kingdom. 
  2. The Kingdom of Miycester shall offer full cooperation in military matters concerning both itself and the Cailean Kingdom. 

ARTICLE 6 – MIYCESTERIAN REASSURANCES

  1. The Kingdom of Miycester reassures the Cailean Kingdom of the following: 

a.1) The intent to treat its citizens according to its law; 

a.2) The intent to protect its citizens and enhance their livelihoods; 

a.3) No future Miycesterian citizen shall be treated differently based on their point of origin.

a.4) Its commitment to building a fair and just society, based on the values of merit, strength, loyalty, and hard work
