Astrium fully welcomes and encourages youth players!
All players behind the screen must be 18+
The following rules apply to NPCs as well.
All children and pregnant adults must review Youth Rules.

  1. To register is simple, just click the appropriate sign at the Youth Home.
  2. Roleplay adoptions must go through the Youth Home Matron. Regardless of origin, if the adoption happened on sim, the child must receive a certificate free of charge from the Youth Home to be legally considered.
  3. Non-Roleplay OOC adoptions may optionally choose to receive an adoption certificate at a fee equal to the upload cost.
  4. Children under 8 must have an NPC escort when leaving the grounds of the Youth Home. They may however, RP escaping their escort.
  5. Children over 12 may come and go as they please. They do not have to live at the Home.
  6. No child regardless of gender, age, or species, will be abused or discriminated against IC or OOC.
  7. Discipline is never physical.
  8. All children receive free seasonal appropriate attire in character. We don’t have the means to actually provide this, so please pretend for now. We do however have some free items that you may find by clicking the sign.
  9. All children upon starting at the Home are given a physical check up by a healer. Most of this is done off screen.
  10. Daycare is at anytime and has a small fee of 5 Novem per hour.
  11. Children may rent a free bed in the dormitory with 5 LI each. You may learn more at the Rentals page.
  12. There is always at least one NPC caretaker on duty.
  13. When children reach the age of walking and climbing, they may choose to have a crib or a bed.

To apply, go to the Employment page and apply using the form or submit a notecard to the mailbox outside the building.
